Mobile communication transmitter shell product is one of the typical products of complex thin-wall castings. According to the basic concepts and characteristics of complex thin-wall castings, the forming characteristics of filters in addition to the thin-wall (less than 2mm), its surface filling area is very large and the structure is complex. Therefore, pores, deformation and other defects are easy occurs during filling.

Using RSF semi-solid die casting process has many good advantages, such as good forming, without plastic, 1kg lighter than general castings etc.  The mobile communication transmitter shell products we produced can reach the technical requirements that ordinary liquid die casting can not get.
